Finding his passion for wrestling in high school, he dedicated four years to mastering the sport, where he not only conquered his personal goals but also found a sense of belonging and self-worth. Driven by the desire to offer the same opportunities, DaVon conceptualized Elite STL Competitors as a sanctuary of growth and empowerment for city kids. With over two decades of nurturing families, his beloved wife Yolanda and their four daughters are integral to his support system, enabling him to realize his dream of community impact. Under his leadership, the club transforms the raw potential of countless youths into disciplined, skillful athletes, ingraining values of respect and self-esteem. As a CEO who wears his heart on his sleeve, DaVon’s achievements are reflected not just in medals but in the evolved lives of the children he mentors, ensuring that they can confidently step into a world of endless possibilities.
